My role
Head of Design / Senior Designer
The Norwegian Development Fund works with complex global challenges across climate, agriculture, and food security. The goal was to make this impact visible—and understandable.
My Role
Led wireframing and visual design.
Defined structure, flows, and the overall experience, while introducing concepts to make the site more intuitive and engaging to explore.
Problem
The content carried importance—but not clarity.
Large volumes of information made everything feel equally important
As a result, impact became hard to see
Insight
Impact disappears when everything is presented the same way
Reframing
From information-heavy website
To guided understanding

Solution
A structured experience designed to prioritize clarity and flow
Content was reorganized into clear layers
Navigation simplified
Visual hierarchy used to direct attention
Interaction and pacing were introduced to reduce friction and encourage exploration
Not more content
Better structure
Experience
Users don’t read everything
They move through it
From overview
To context
To impact
Each step reduces complexity
Impact
Clearer communication of mission and work
More engaging experience
Stronger connection to real-world impact
