project overview

Braastad Cognac isn’t defined by how it looks—but by how it’s made. A Norwegian name, carried by generations of craft in Cognac, France. Instead of reinforcing the category’s reliance on aesthetics, I restructured the experience around the production itself. What happens in France sets the pace, the structure, and what is allowed to surface. The work is defined as much by what is removed as what remains. Motion is restrained. Imagery and film carry the proof. The result is not designed to impress—but to make the product understood.
